01. Acceptance
By creating an account or completing a purchase on OUTPOST, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the storefront.
02. Digital Licenses, Not Ownership
Purchasing a title grants you a personal, non-transferable license to activate and play it. You're not purchasing the underlying game itself, and resale of your account or keys outside the platform is not permitted.
03. Pricing & Availability
Prices, discounts, and stock are subject to change without notice. Sale pricing shown at checkout is the price honored, regardless of any change afterward.
04. Refunds
Digital purchases are refundable within 14 days of purchase provided the title has under two hours of recorded playtime. Once a key has been revealed or redeemed on an external platform, that purchase becomes final.
05. Trade-In Program
Trade-in credit quotes are based on current demand and may change before a listing is finalized. Credit is non-refundable and non-transferable, and can only be spent on the OUTPOST catalog.
06. Age Ratings
Listed age ratings reflect regional content boards. It's your responsibility to ensure purchases are appropriate for the intended player, particularly for accounts used by minors.
07. Payment & Chargebacks
Payment is processed at time of order. Fraudulent chargebacks on delivered digital goods may result in account suspension and forfeiture of remaining store credit.
08. Regional Restrictions
Some titles may be limited to specific regions due to publisher licensing. Availability is shown at checkout before payment is taken.
09. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the storefront evolves. Material changes will be flagged on this page, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
